Bulby York Goes Far East in Latest Release
Award-Winning Producer Bulby York Travels Far East in his Latest Release Following the success of the Steely & Clevie sampled Padang Padang Riddim (2021) which reached Top 10 on the Billboard Reggae Chart, Bulby York breathes life into one of our favorite original riddims, 1978's Far East Riddim. The 9-track release covers topics ranging from love to social injustice and features Barry Brown's iconic voice at the beginning.
"I grew up on this riddim, I had to give it my own twist and toast the masses!" - Collin "Bulby" York
The riddim includes tunes by Sizzla Kalonji with Rumors; a song on the awareness of false narratives on the internet and in the news while the title track duties go to Spragga Benz with Race to Waste Your Life, highlighting youth crime and on-going fights between private citizens and political figures in Jamaica. Additional tracks on the riddim include Love Like Never Before, a sweet serenade from Bushman and Anthony Redrose's Watch What You Doing, encouraging one to look at the consequences their words and actions can have.
The Far East Riddim is available to download and/or stream globally courtesy of VPAL Music distribution.
