Adamari Empire presents the Roots, Yam & Jerk Food Festival, the first of what will be an annual 2-day food and music festival in Ontario featuring performances by reggae heavyweights Third World, Richie Spice, Cham & Protoje among others.
Formerly known as Adamari Caribbean Festival, the newly branded event will kick off Saturday, July 30th, at Ontario Town Square. Attendees are encouraged to bring the entire family, preferably with an empty stomach since you'll be able to find a wide range of authentic Caribbean jerk dishes including jerk chicken, shirmp, fish, pork, even jerk pinapple.
The following day, the Roots, Yam & Jerk Food Festival moves to Guasti Regional Park where the celebration kicks into high-gear adding live performances from some of the biggest names in reggae music. The artist lineup is strong boasting veterans Third World, Richie Spice, Cham and Protoje among many others.

The all ages event is scheduled to begin at 12 p.m. both days, ending at 6 p.m. on Saturday and 10p.m. on Sunday following the performances. Parking is free on Saturday, $10 on Sunday with carpool/Uber/Lyft strongly encouraged.
