Following the release of their 2nd Time Around video, Tuxedo's Mayer Hawthorne and Jake One are taking their funk, soul & disco suite on the road for the summer in support of their latest album, Tuxedo II, available now from Stones Throw Records.
The 11-track LP comes complete with a co-sign from Snoop Dogg on the opening track and is described as "an exercise in honoring its funk forebears such as: Zapp, Gap, Jam/Lewis and Junie Morrison, while nodding lyrically to Mtume, Jodeci and Cameo."
