The Founding Fathers documentary, narrated by Chuck D of Public Enemy, is a factual report on the unsung DJ's who contributed to the foundation of the music and culture known today as hip-hop. The documentary transports you back to the early underground disco days of the streets and parks throughout New York City and includes interviews and commentary by many of hip-hop's forefathers. Produced and directed by Hassan Pore and Ron "Amen-Ra" Lawrence, in memory of Pete "DJ" Jones.
