## Jazz Is Dead in LA with Adrian Younge's Voices of Gemma

ArtDontSleep's ***Jazz Is Dead*** series continues on Wednesday, March 28th, inside the Lodge Room in LA's historic Highland Park neighborhood. This installment boasts a live orchestral performance by Adrian Younge's Voices of Gemma as well as a special jazz DJ set by A Tribe Called Quest's own Ali Shaheed Muhammad.

The event is described as "a very special and rare opportunity to witness Adrian Younge bring his new spiritual jazz album, *Voices of Gemma*, to life with a 20 piece orchestra."


The showcase will also include a performance by Black Nile, along with opening dj sets by DJ's Rashida & Wyldeflower. Hosting duties for the evening will be handled by Novena Carmel. Previous installments of the event have included Keyon Harrold and Georgia Anne Muldrow.


Tickets for the 21+ event are available online for $20. The Lodge Room Highland Park is located at 104 North Avenue 56 in Los Angeles, CA.
